    Joe is about education, systems, research and technology.  He is continually taking classes and attending Real Estate related seminars to insure that he is keeping up with the latest trends, advancements and tools.  Joe is a market expert and runs his business on systems.

    ~ Joe manages the very successful RE/MAX Professionals office in Avondale, Arizona.

    Our Director of Marketing, Courtney Bourland spends her time developing new ideas to get your home sold.  Her focus is to continually stay ahead of the curve and assist with introducing and implementing several different marketing plans.  Courtney and Joe work closely together to ensure the highest level of customer support.  Courtney has over 15 years of real estate marketing experience.

    In January 2005 I completed the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Marathon to raise money for  Pheonix Children's Hospital.  www.phoenixchildrens.com  In 2003 my youngest son was born with congenital heart disease.  He had his first heart surgery when he was just 3 weeks old.  The care he received from PCH was first rate.  I wanted to give back to all the medical staff that helped our son.  So I trained, raised money and ran the marathon.  It was one of the hardest things I have ever done, yet by far one of the most rewarding!

    My next endeavor, a half-marathon in Fresno California in November with my wife, sister and cousin.  I am looking forward to supporting another great cause and to crossing the finish with my family!
