APS Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade:
The boat parade features nearly 50 decorated watercraft that are adorned with thousands of holiday lights. Metro Valley's LED installation on the Tempe Town Lake Bridge provides a special display. Holiday enter-tainment begins at 4 p.m. After the parade, awards are given to the best boats.
